How Our Coverage Actually Works
Envirosafe runs out of one office at 1001 E. Catawba St. in Belmont, NC, and we cover three counties from it. That is a deliberate limit. We would rather be twenty minutes from your house than sell service across half the state and show up whenever the route allows.
Belmont sits in the middle of the area we work. Gastonia is eight miles west, Charlotte is fifteen miles east, and Rock Hill is a straight run south. Everything we serve is inside that triangle.
Gaston County, North Carolina
Our home county, and the market we have worked longest. Gastonia, Belmont, Mount Holly, Cramerton, McAdenville, Lowell, Ranlo, Dallas, Stanley, Bessemer City and Cherryville.
What we see here: heavy subterranean termite pressure, older mill-era housing with open crawl spaces and moisture problems, fire ants in the newer subdivisions built on former farmland, and stinging insect calls all summer and deep into fall.
Mecklenburg County, North Carolina
We cover the western and southern side of the county: West Charlotte, Steele Creek, Pineville and Huntersville. We do not run routes into Cornelius, Davidson, Mint Hill, Matthews, Harrisburg or northeast Charlotte, and we will tell you that rather than take the job and service it badly.
York County, South Carolina
Rock Hill, York, Clover, Lake Wylie, Fort Mill and Tega Cay.
South Carolina matters for one reason beyond routine service: real estate closings. SC uses the CL-100 Official Wood Infestation Report where North Carolina uses the WDIR. We are licensed in both states, so we can write the report and do the work that clears it without you hiring a second company across the state line. See termite inspections and reports.
