What the Ultra Yard Plan Covers
Most pest plans treat the house and stop at the foundation. The Ultra Yard Plan treats the property. It is built for homeowners who actually use their yard, and for lots where the pressure is coming from outside the structure rather than inside it.
Coverage runs year round on a scheduled rotation and includes the outdoor pests that make a yard unusable: mosquitoes, yellow jackets, hornets and wasps, fire ants and nuisance ants, spiders, ticks, fleas in the yard, and the harborage areas that feed all of them.
Where We Treat
- The full perimeter band around the structure, out into the landscape beds
- Turf areas, with fire ant mound treatment as mounds appear
- Shrub lines, tree lines and the wood edge where stinging insects and ticks concentrate
- Under decks, porches, steps and crawl space access points
- Fence lines, playsets, sheds and detached garages
- Standing water and low spots where mosquitoes breed, treated at the source rather than fogged over
- Nest locations as they are found, including ground nests and aerial nests within reach
Who This Plan Is Actually For
It earns its keep on properties with a real outdoor problem. Wooded lots. Homes on a creek, a pond or a low drainage area. Yards with kids and pets in them daily. Lots with heavy fire ant pressure, which in this county usually means newer subdivisions built on former farmland. Properties where you have already tried treating one pest at a time and something else keeps taking its place.

Timing Through the Year
The Carolina season is long. Fire ants are active any time the ground is not frozen and they mound heaviest in spring and fall. Mosquitoes run from March into November in a mild year. Stinging insect colonies build all summer and peak dangerous in August through October. Ticks are active far earlier and later than most people expect.
A single treatment in June covers none of that. The plan works because the visits land ahead of each pressure period rather than after you already have the problem.

How is this different from a mosquito service?
A mosquito service treats mosquitoes. This covers the full outdoor pest load on the property, including stinging insects, fire ants, spiders and ticks, plus source reduction rather than just barrier spraying.
Is it safe for kids, pets and pollinators?
Products are low impact and applied to harborage and resting sites, not blanketed over blooming plants. We do not treat flowering plants where pollinators are foraging, and if you have honey bees on the property, tell us and we will work around them. That is the same thinking behind our Save the Bees Initiative.
How large a property does it cover?
Pricing is based on the property. The published chart covers exterior yards up to a full acre. Larger lots get quoted directly.
What if a nest shows up between visits?
Call us and we come out. That is included.
Can I add it to an existing plan?
Yes. Most customers run it alongside their regular home service so the inside and outside are both covered.
